Our Remanufactured Ammunition

All of our remanufactured ammo is meticulously prepared, loaded, individually gauged, and visually inspected to ensure the highest quality possible!  Every piece of brass goes through a multistage process.   First we tumble it in dry media.   Then we inspect it for damage.   After being inspected, we roll size it, this ensures that the brass is uniformly sized all the way to the rim.   Next, the brass is processed to remove the old primer, swage the primer pocket, and if it's a bottle neck rifle cartridge, it will be trimmed, and finally each piece is full length sized in a traditional sizing die.   Next, the brass is cleaned in a tumbler again to remove any debris from the decapping and sizing process, and to make sure the primer pocket is clean.  Finally, the completely process brass is fed to one of our Mark 7 Revolution presses and used to make your range ammo!

Remanufactured ammo will be available in 5.56, 40 S&W, 9MM, and 45 ACP.  It will be in 50 count boxes,  and 250 or 500 count mini-ammo cans.    5.56 is available now, other calibers will follow soon.
